    Come celebrate the 100th birthday of Superior National Forest and Quetico Provincial Park and follow the paddlers of the 24-foot Voyageur Canoe on their 350-mile journey.

    Canada Day Ceremonies at Atikokan, Ontario, Canada

    Voyageur Baptism and Canoe Launch (noon – 2pm)

    July 4

    Fourth of July Parade, International Falls, MN, USA (1pm)

    Followed by stops at Ash River (3pm) and Kabetogama Visitor Center (4pm)

    July 5

    Rendezvous at Voyagaire Lodge, Crane Lake, MN, USA

    Games, crafts, presentations, Voyageur canoe rides, fish fry (4:30-8:30pm)

    July 9

    Fall Lk Campground, Superior National Forest, Ely, MN, USA

    Voyageur canoe rides, games, crafts, interpretive presentations (3-8pm)

    July 13

    Historic Chik-Wauk Lodge, Gunflint Trail, MN, USA (11am-2pm)

    Presentations, Book Signings, Slide Show, Children’s Activities

    Canoe Rides and a Shore Lunch benefit

    July 13

    North House Folk School/City Campground,Grand Marais, MN

    Voyageur canoe rides (4-5pm) and campfire stories (7-8pm)

    July 14

    Grand Portage Monument

    Welcome paddlers (6pm) and special dinner with period foods (7-8pm)

    Rendezvous and Dragon Boat Festival
